I have just signed up for a trial of the Odoo CRM and logged in successfully. After that, I added one more user with a different email and logged in with that new user to check if the process was going well. 


However, when I tried logging back into my Admin Account (the account that created the Trial), I could not log in with my saved account, so I clicked the Forgot Password button at the login gate and received a Reset Password Email. When I followed the Change Password Button in the email, it led me to the log-in gate again, but there was no place to fill out a new password. 


This is the Admin Account, so I need to get it back. How can I do that?

Dear Scarlett,


One of the option is, you can go to your Odoo\.com and\ login\.

Now\ click\ on\ top\ right\ corner\ your\ on\ your\ user\ icon\ and\ choose\ the\ option\ "My\ databases"\ from\ there\ you\ will\ see\ your\ database\ and\ it\ will\ show\ you\ one\ button\ to\ connect\ to\ your\ database\ and\ you\ are\ good\ to\ go\. 


As\ soon\ as\ you\ connect\ it\ will\ log\ you\ in\ your\ database\. 


Please\ save\ the\ url\ of\ your\ database\ so\ you\ can\ login\ with\ that\ url\ directly\ to\ your\ database\.

Hi,

Kindly follow these steps:

1. Setup outgoing mail server
2. Click Forget password then we get a mail.
3. In the mail click the button "Change Password"

After clicking on the "change password" button, It leads to the below form


4. Here in the field password you can set your new password and confirm the password. By using this password you can log in as Admin again.
