How can I have a home page similar to https://demo2.odoo.com/web#home?

Hello,

When i connect to my odoo site in http://www.gestionx.cl:8069/es_CL/ and login, I can see all modules menu at the top of the screen. That makes difficult to manage, besides that it looks very ugly.

How can I have an interface such as https://demo2.odoo.com/web#home where all modules appear as an icon, and when I click on one of them, only the top menu corresponding to the chosen module is displayed?

Odoo has redesign web interface in odoo 9 enterprise edition. I suspect you are either on old version of odoo or odoo 9 community.
The odoo enterprise is not free and cost you roughly about 20 euro per user/year.
