you can get data directory using
odoo.tools.config['data_dir'] and then query into ir.attachment model and get file name and combine it.

if i have field binary and want to upload xlsx file and store it in database
how can i do that
i make some steps i make a code to get data from xlsx file and store it in model in database but this code take a path of file so i ask this question
Dont keep attachment = true when you declare file if you want to store in database
