I know how can I set the thousand separator but I don't know h ow can I add million separator

Go to Settings > Translations > Languages and use the following string in the field "Separator format":

[3,3]

Aha, thanks for that saves me mangling some reports to get that in there. The UI really should have those closer together to make it a bit more obvious they are related.
