I want to know if it's possible to set up openerp as a BPM application, having the screen position to the editing of user processes or workflows.

I also want to learn the difference between accessing each, I read the following document:

However is not clear how to access the user process itself, it only shows it and describe it.

Workflows on the other had, I can see how to go to Settings -> Workflow -> Workflow, but I think this is not ideal for regular users since is part of the technical features.
