Hi,
The error says invalid field i.e you are returning or searching any model on domain
('team_id', '=', 12), here your are comparing team_id ( crm.team ) with only id .
When you print team_id it shows like say crm.team(12) , your domain should look like ('crm.team(12)', '=', 'crm.team(12)')
