Has anyone else had issues with employees attempting to email the provided alias for reporting expenses but continues to be rejected? For some reason, some emails work and others do not. I submitted a ticket but, to be frank, the person on the other end blames Gmail's severs but gmail says it's Odoo. I provided the case manager with the ELS file he requested and haven't heard back from them. I know it's the holidays, but it's been about a week since last contact with them was made.
