Hello.


I created a PO and have a receipt for it with status ready.


I had to change the quantity in the PO so it automatically created a exception in the planned activities area of the receipt to warn about the quantity change. So far so good.


My problem is that it assigned the exception not to me but to a coworker.

How can i change it that the exception will always be assigned to the person who caused it?

Hello ElSamynatore,

The Exception Alerte assignment is based on the Responsible of the product.

From the Prduct, Inventory Tab, you just need to select the proper user.

Is there any way of turning off these exceptions? We tried to make no one responsible for the product, but then the main account user got ALL the emails. Why do we HAVE to tell someone about every change in quantity. In our office, the person changing the quantity also handles all the fallout from that.
