I am running Odoo 8, and I want to be able to create different delivery orders for one single Sale Order.

So lets say client buys 10 units of product A, 5 units of product B.

I have stock of both in my warehouse, but due to different reasons (timing, capacity, perishable items) I want to provide product A today and product B in two weeks, for example.

I can transfer only product A from the delivery order view, but then i would need a new delivery order to be generated with the rest of the products (B) also related to that sale order.

This is not happening and I havent found a way to deliver one order with multiple delivery notes.

Go to settings -> Configuration -> Sales, in invoicing process, default Options, uncheck "Deliver all at once when all products are available",

Then you can split delivery Orders.

Kind Regards.

When you create a Sale order, on sheet Other information, you may select:

Shipping Policy: Deliver each product when available

and

Create Invoice: On Delivery Order

In this case you provide separately products and invoice each on delivery.
