Hi!
I want to adopt the helpdesk webform to enforce a specific data quality from the reporting customer.
Is ther any way to
 a) customize the helpdes web form, e.g. add additional fields or select priority level

 b) use textual templates for the ticket descriptions

Hi Simon:

Odoo provides tremendous flexibility from a customization perspective. If you are using Odoo online and have purchased the Studio module, you can use Studio for the customization. If you are hosting the application, you can develop custom modules for the customization. Certain types of customizations can also be done using the UI.
