Your question is very imprecise. You should be more specific.
However, I guess you want to implement Spanish electronic invoicing (facturae). Take a look at this modules

I have already installed these modules, but the Billing/Accounting application does not work when they are installed. Also the report_qweb_parameter dependency creates conflicts with the server.
