In Odoo, is it normal that I can't import my CSV via the Database ID field. Only the External ID works?

For database ID to work you need to put in your CSV column integer value, without __export__ text, so you point Odoo to direct ID stored in database.
Here is where we are in our import CSV.
What is our error? We want to import an decide of the Database ID of the imported product.
An idea?
