I’m new here with a paid subscription but I can’t access my website I started creating. I am getting an error message. Any ideas to fix this. Thanks in advance for your help!

It is the same but I do see their is no dns or contact in the domain setting.i purchased the Domain from odo.
try sending a support ticket and then they'll help directly from odoo

Could you show the error you're getting or maybe explain a little bit more about the situation for better understanding.

You are about to be redirected to the domain configured for your website ( https://graphicdesignersco.com). This is necessary to edit or view your website from the Website app. You might need to log back in.
Yet it will not log me in even after logging Out and logging back in.
Can you check if the domain names are correctly configured in settings for both the sites and try again
