Good day all,
Currently when cashing in Point of sale the attendant can click refund and proceed. Is there an option that when the attendant who has "User" access, clicks on the refund button that it asks for a admin/supervisor to enter pin?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

For Block user from Refunding in POS You can install the “Restrict POS Refund with Password In Odoo 16” module available on the Odoo App Store.
This module helps the user to set to set a password on pos refund process in globally and session wise.So when other users use the refund they need to have the password inorder to refund the product.

Is there a functional or studio way to do this?
I have not customized POS before. I don't believe Studio can be used with it.

it makes sense to have a refund restriction, maybe in a future version this can be done out of the box, but unfortunately it is not yet possible without customization
