I want a setting like a mail should be sent to manager based on the creation of lead...When a lead is created by the user mail needs to be sent to the manager.
You can use subscription mechanism. Check other answer. If you add manager as follower to Sales Team and check option Lead Created then it will receive notification on each Lead.
