But in the videos that I have seen about kiosk configuration, I have only seen that the order is sent to the cash register and payment must be made there.
How can I make it so that the user can pay by card without having to pay at the cashier?
Would need to define an online payment method
Settings > PoS > Select the shop in Mobile self-order & Kiosk section
Is there a video or tutorial where I can see how to configure online payments for kiosk mode so that my clients can make a payment? I'm trying to do at least a demo in runbot but sometimes it has scanned the QR code correctly to pay online as a demo and other times it hasn't.
I would like to have a guide or a tutorial to be able to do it correctly.

While on Kiosk mode I believe you need a payment terminal configured to make the payment. Alternate is to have a payment method that is applicable for online payment. With this option a user is directed to online payment screen with a QR code
