I have an odoo13 server on windows, and I backuped (includes filestore) the odoo13 server via the system's backup function and the size of zip file is 413 MB,
many days ago, I restored the backup to another odoo13 server on ubuntu 18.04, and repeated the same operation on the ubuntu odoo13 server, but the size of zip file is just 9 MB. I upzip the new backup zip file and find it includes ONE file: dump.sql.
so why?

it was just because of filestore problem, if you unzip and see only dump.sql file that means you do not have filestore with your backup, you need to take backup with filestore into ubuntu 18.04
