Cant delete the user login on my header

even if i select the option in the builder to deactivate the user login, it still shows. Help please!

The option is to don't show the button login for non logged user.
If you are logged, you will always see with which one your are logged in.

If your case is that the "Login" boutton is still show... It seems to be a bug  but we need more info like version, theme used, url ? , ... to help you ...
