I'd like to know how can I delete automatically all the group of parent task + its subtasks, but apparently it isn't possible. Is it a normal behaviour?
Do I need to delete each subtask also?

Yes it is a normal behavior and you need to delete sub tasks separately.
You can do easy way to delete it from list view.
