How do I prevent an operation from starting without a previous operation having finished?

Question

I have set the dependency between operations in the manufacturing process through the Blocked by field of each operation as shown in the figure.

When I run the manufacturing process, the operations show the proper state, according to what is configured as shown in the figure.

However, I can execute all the operations in any order and even in parallel without respecting what I set above related to the dependency between operations. See the figure.

The depencies between operations are only for help in planning.  When you launch planning of these work orders, they will be planned according to the depencies.
It does stop you from start processing of any work orders, and override the planning manually.
