Depuis 2018, Saola (https://fr.saolashoes.com/) conçoit des chaussures écologiques confortables et légères fabriquées à partir de matériaux recyclés, organiques et biosourcés !
Saola souhaitait implémenter un ERP intégré à son e-commerce Shopify et à son logisticien.
Saola gère ses ventes B2B et B2C dans Odoo, connecté à leur site Shopify et à une dizaine de marketplaces B2C. Les achats et la comptabilité sont également gérés dans Odoo, ainsi que leur inventaire, intégré au système de leur logisticien. Saola ambitionne de développer dans Odoo une plateforme e-commerce B2B.
Toute la base ERP (achats, stock, facturation, compta) a été implémentée dans Odoo ; les markeplaces B2C ont été intégrées à Shopify, lui-même connecté à Odoo avec le connecteur Emipro.

Reporting was limited, and integrations with platforms like Ginkgo and Jinko were missing, slowing operational efficiency.Solution: Trionex stabilized the existing Odoo v15 setup, resolved FBR compliance gaps, and integrated Jinko and Smartlane. The system was upgraded to Odoo v18 with 31 custom modules covering sales, purchase, accounting, inventory, and multi-company management. Ginkgo integration enabled real-time product, pricing, and inventory synchronization. Data migration and testing ensured accurate transition, followed by go-live and KPI-focused dashboards for reporting and analytics.
