L'entreprise avait pour but de disposer d'une base de données de contacts bien structurée, comportant des options de tri et de regroupement, ainsi que de multiples champs personnalisables, tout en étant intégrée EuroMed Rights est un réseau représentant 68 organisations des droits humains actives dans 30 pays.directement à MailChimp.
Aujourd’hui leurs contacts ont été migrais de leur système obsolète à Odoo, et chaque contact entré dans Odoo crée une entrée dans MailChimp, en taggant le contact en fonction des champs remplis. Inversement, chaque contact créé dans MailChimp crée automatiquement une entrée dans Odoo.
Ils ont donc un outil simple, fonctionnel et intégré pour gérer leur liste de contacts, qui représente le coeur de leur activité.
