Is there a way or a module for transferring old tickets? I have to transfer some or all the tickets of a certain product that belongs to an old customer and to make it refer to a new customer.
This happens for example when a product is sold to another customer, and then the new customer wants to get all the ticket history of the product.

You could export the tickets to xls replace the customer and import the records back
