Hi, 

I inherited an odoo 16 installation and a odoo 17 installation. 

In de odoo 17 installation there is a menu item to see all tasks. While in odoo 16 i cannot see this. 

The problem is that I would like managers for example to be able to see a list of all tasks so they can filter on an employee  and check how overloaded he is. 
But in the odoo 16 version I cannot seem to get this. 

Does anyone have a solution for this. 
I tried aplying a 1 = 1 record rule on task. But that didn't work
