Mass import of Serial Numbers does not work for me. I've done everything the documentation and expert videos say and it doesn't work. I need help please.
Example: I make a bulk copy of two columns with the serial number in Excel and paste it in the serial number importer box but it doesn't do it, even when I put the first number in the Batch/Serial Number column and check the option maintain current lines.
It's simple, I copy the serial numbers that the supplier sends me into an Excel sheet, I activate the Import Serial Numbers button, I paste the serial numbers along with the quantity, in the box that exists for this I activate generate and it doesn't happen nothing, it doesn't work.
