When I created the Project Template “Service A,” I simply checked the billable option.
When I used it in a Sales Order, the COGS section appeared.
However, when we created another project template using the same method, the COGS/Cost section did not show up. It seems like it only worked by chance.
Can you provide a clear step-by-step guide on how we can make the COGS section appear consistently? We need this for our implementation moving forward.

COGS is posted when a Customer Invoice is created. Your first screenshot shows you have one, the second shows you do not.
