يعد مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) أحد أهم مشاريع مبادرات وزارة الداخلية، والذي يتم تنفيذه بالتعاون مع برنامج جودة الحياة التابع لرؤية المملكة 2030، ويعمل وفق نظام اتصالات أمني متكامل، ورصد كافة القضايا والملاحظات الأمنية ورفعها مباشرة إلى الجهة المختصة للاستجابة السريعة، واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية لمنع وقوع جريمة أو أي ظواهر سلبية قد تؤثر على أمن وسلامة حجاج بيت الله الحرام، ولقد تم اختيار شركة Telenoc كشريك نجاح مع الوزارة
