About the job
We develop open source integrated business apps to help millions of employees save time in their day-to-day tasks.
You’ll start as a Software Developer in our Research & Development department to gain experience with Odoo’s ecosystem, with the opportunity to later apply internally to the AI team.
As an Artificial Intelligence Developer, you will contribute to the development of AI/LLM-powered features directly integrated into the platform, including AI-computed fields, conversational agents, voice-to-text functionalities, OCR, and intelligent document parsing. You will work on practical, production-ready AI applications used by thousands of businesses worldwide, leveraging external LLMs such as GPT and Gemini through inference APIs to build intelligent business features and workflows.

Our development teams are working on a large scope of apps. At first, you'll start your onboarding as a "generalist", but after your 4 weeks of initial training (both functional and technical), the stage is yours.
