For over 25 years, Allchim has been a proud screen printing and embroidery studio based in Schoten. What began as a small family-run operation focused on marker printing has since evolved into a full-fledged professional studio specialising in personalised products. Their diverse product range includes pens, tote bags, cycling uniforms, jerseys, face masks, backpacks, lunch boxes, slip mats, and more virtually anything that can be printed or embroidered.By adopting Odoo, Allchim streamlined its end-to-end sales and production flow. From managing customer inquiries to processing sales and generating invoices, all critical functions are now handled within a unified system. The Website app enables easy promotion and order intake for customised products, while the seamless integration with Contacts and Sales modules ensures smooth communication and accurate tracking. This digital transformation has enhanced operational efficiency, reduced manual errors, and provided better visibility into customer orders and fulfillment.

AllDetect est une société belge spécialisée dans la recherche de fuites, la détection de fuites de gaz et l'expertise des dégâts des eaux, principalement pour des syndics et des associations de copropriétaires.
Le principal défi était de fiabiliser le lien entre le terrain et le bureau : produire des rapports d'expertise professionnels et homogènes, tracer précisément chaque intervention et supprimer les ressaisies entre le planning, le rapport et la facture.
Nous avons mis en place une solution Odoo couvrant l'ensemble du flux, avec une gestion fine de la relation syndic / copropriété. Le module Services sur Site pilote la planification des experts, vue calendrier avec une couleur par technicien, vue journalière, ainsi que l'horodatage bloquant des heures d'arrivée et de départ, les feuilles de travail et la signature du client. Un rapport d'intervention sur mesure a été développé : tableaux séparés pour les dégâts privatifs et communs, relevés de taux d'humidité, conclusions types dont les ponts thermiques, et pages de preuves photographiques. Côté commercial, les devis s'appuient sur des modèles avec forfaits par défaut, et la facturation est complétée par les relances, la conformité Peppol et la synchronisation bancaire.
Résultat : Un rapport d'expertise générés automatiquement et cohérents, une traçabilité complète de chaque intervention, et un cycle devis, intervention, facture entièrement dématérialisé. Construção
