DanceAbility Azerbaijan, founded in 2017 in Baku, promotes inclusivity through dance, master classes, seminars, and teacher training. The organization unites individuals with and without disabilities, fostering skills like self-expression, creativity, and empathy while building lasting connections. To streamline operations, we implemented an Odoo ERP system that automated event management for scheduling, registrations, and ticketing; centralized participant and volunteer tracking for better coordination; ensured financial transparency through donation and income tracking; facilitated project management for training programs; optimized resource management for costumes and equipment; and enhanced marketing efforts via Odooʼs Website Builder and social media tools. This solution improved efficiency, allowing DanceAbility to focus on its mission of creating an inclusive and empowering environment.

El proyecto desarrollado por QUBIQ consistió en implementar un ERP completo para la gestión
integral de altas, bajas, y la facturación recurrente masiva de todos los negocios con
obligaciones de pago por uso de derechos. Utilizando los módulos de contactos,
suscripciones, facturación y contabilidad, QUBIQ automatizó el proceso de facturación
mensual y envío de facturas por email, de manera que se facturan mensualmente cerca de

La solution s'articule autour de différents modules :
- Une base importante de contact, paramétré en fonction de l'univers audiovisuel.
- Un module cinéma permettant de gérer les demandes d'aides.
- Et un module livre (en cours de réalisation).
- Le projet s'étend jusqu'a la mise en place d'une plateforme de dépôt de document. L'objectif étant de traiter toute la chaine sur la solution Odoo. De la demande déposée sur le front jusqu'a la gestion et prise de décision grâce aux données qui sont déversées dans le back-office. Rozrywka
