ASBL KONINKLIJKE BELGISCHE SCHAAKBOND - FEDERATION ROYALE BELGE DES ECHECS
La Fédération Royale Belge des Échecs coordonne la pratique des échecs à l’échelle nationale, en rassemblant clubs, ligues régionales et milliers de joueurs autour d’une organisation commune. Avec un ancien système devenu difficile à maintenir et peu intégré, la fédération souhaitait moderniser la gestion de ses membres tout en renforçant la sécurité et la conformité RGPD.Avec SoWhat! Studio, Odoo a été déployé comme plateforme centrale de gestion : portail sécurisé pour les clubs, administration des membres et licences, gestion des affiliations annuelles et automatisation de la facturation des cotisations selon le nombre de joueurs. Le tout intégré à leur site existant sans en modifier l’expérience utilisateur.

ASS GUITARE EN SCENE SAINT JULIEN
L'esprit du festival : A l'origine organisé par un groupe d'amis passionnés de musique. C'est en 2007 que l'aventure commence et qui a pour vocation de promouvoir cet instrument à travers les groupes de différents styles qui participent au festival. Le but est donc de proposer des musiques allant du rock au blues, du jazz à la country en passant par le punk et permettant ainsi à un grand nombre de visiteurs de tout âge de mieux comprendre et appréhender cet instrument, la musique, le partage et la différence. Partnering with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, AddBloom implemented a customized Odoo accounting module that addressed the Lebanese chart of accounts and VAT declaration requirements. This solution enabled AddBloom to seamlessly migrate all historical accounting data to Odoo, integrating both local S.A.L and offshore registered companies into a unified platform. This integration allowed them to generate consolidated financial reports, Profit & Loss statements, and manage cash flow effectively. Additionally, the cloud hosting provided by Azkatech facilitated remote access to critical business information, empowering AddBloom's managers to make timely and informed decisions while traveling or working abroad.
