Vesper Europe is een internationale speler, met vestigingen in Nederland, Zwitserland en België, die actief is in trading. Zij vinden een nieuw doel voor gebruikt rubber en dragen zo hun duurzaam steentje bij aan de circulaire economie. Vesper Europe was op zoek naar een digitale showroom en een achterliggend ERP-systeem. Ze wilden er ook zeker van zijn dat ze dit systeem later nog kunnen gebruiken en dat er verdere processen op aangesloten kunnen worden.

Gumbys ging dan ook meteen aan de slag met de opbouw van een showroom met B2B-portaal in Odoo, waarmee het sales team een potentiële klant kan opvolgen. Bovendien moest Odoo in de toekomst ook alle achterliggende processen kunnen omvatten. Denk maar aan inkoop- en verkooporders maken, facturatie, productbeheer of stockbeheer.

Met de implementatie van Odoo kan Vesper nu werken op een efficiëntere en gecentraliseerde manier, met gestandaardiseerde processen.

They also wanted to make sure that they could still use this system in the future and that further processes could be connected to it.

Gumbys therefore immediately set to work on building a showroom with B2B portal in Odoo, allowing the sales team to follow up with a potential customer. Moreover, in the future, Odoo had to be able to include all underlying processes. Just think about creating purchase and sales orders, invoicing, product management or stock management.

With the implementation of Odoo, Vesper can now work in a more efficient and centralized way, with standardized processes.
