Jassim Transport & Stevedoring Co. K.S.C.P. (JTC), founded in 1979 as an inland transportation company, provides professional, high-quality and cost-effective solutions through our four customer-focused operating divisions - Ports Management, Contract Logistics, Equipment Leasing and Power Rental. They focus on the equipment and services with offices in Kuwait, Qatar & Saudi Arabia, and work with both the public and private sectors.
Challenges - The local software with many limitations on the reporting, which was not user friendly and was not accessible from outside the office.
KPGTC implemented a Customer Centric CRM Module for JTC and customized it according to their needs and requirements with a lot of features and functionalities.
The integration of the CRM system allowed them to consolidate and manage multiple sales teams, their leads, opportunities, sale quotations and meeting schedules by reports & flow charts. We made User based custom dashboards for their ease. On another hand, cloud hosting made it easy for managers to access important information on the go and while abroad and make timely and informed decisions.
