Driftworks LTD

Driftworks decided to implement Odoo to streamline the inventory and product management set up, linked to their Magento web platform. The Magento connector is the core element to this project, with the majority of complexity being adapted in the Magento end, to keep the Odoo integration as simple as possible. Driftworks also have strong technical capability, therefore this enabled a joint effort in achieving the most efficient solution. 

Customer services is a key factor to the Driftworks business, so a smooth Helpdesk flow to resolve and develop orders is the next main focus. 

This project didn't come without any challenges, such is the nature of integrating between two separate systems, however, having the right partner and relationship to get through the complex challenges is definitely key!
