I want to remove Kanban Example Templates (Software Development, Agile Scrum etc.) from Project app and add custom Example Templates, how can I do this?

To replace or customize the example Kanban templates in the Project App, follow these steps:

Activate Developer Mode
- Go to Settings → Activate Developer Mode.

Access the Kanban View
- Navigate to Project → Tasks.
- Click the bug icon (developer tools) → Edit View: Kanban.

Customize the Template
- In the XML code, you’ll see <t t-name="project.task.kanban"> or similar.
- Edit this code to adjust how tasks display—replace icons, fields, or layouts as needed.

Create a New Custom View (Optional)
- You can duplicate and create your own custom Kanban template for specific task stages or projects.

Save and Refresh
- After saving, go back to the Kanban view to see your updated layout.
If you're unsure which XML template to edit, search for kanban_box or project.task.kanban in the Views section under Technical → User Interface.
