To replace or customize the example Kanban templates in the Project App, follow these steps:

1. Activate Developer Mode
   • Go to Settings → Activate Developer Mode.
2. Access the Kanban View
   • Navigate to Project → Tasks.
   • Click the bug icon (developer tools) → Edit View: Kanban.
3. Customize the Template
   • In the XML code, you’ll see <t t-name="project.task.kanban"> or similar.
   • Edit this code to adjust how tasks display—replace icons, fields, or layouts as needed.
4. Create a New Custom View (Optional)
   • You can duplicate and create your own custom Kanban template for specific task stages or projects.
5. Save and Refresh
   • After saving, go back to the Kanban view to see your updated layout.

If you're unsure which XML template to edit, search for kanban_box or project.task.kanban in the Views section under Technical → User Interface.
