I have a couple of questions / problems.
1. How to find and add custom menu created from Website -> Menus, to the template ?
2. I copy/paste the main <nav> in another <div> element but it only display Logo and user menu. 
3. The user menu dropdown display only logout, My Account is missing.
You can create custom menu from website , pages -> edit menu -> add menu item. Once you save it, record will automatically be created in Website -> Menus.
