is it possible to customize invoice form ? if possible how can I do it?

Thanks for your question.
You can choose your documents' layout template by going to Settings > General Settings, under the Business Documents section.
If you want to customize the content, you can also use the Studio app to modify the reports.

Using studio you can do it ( if using ENT edition)
Else, Inherit invoice form view in custom module or directly in db. In this case some technical knowledge will be required.
