You have to customize the status bar to get your required results. Now Status bar is a workflow. You can customize it and add more states, more managers to approve, planned activities, lot of conditions and options can be applied.
Hi Ashraf:
Workflow is available only till Rel 10. It is not available from Rel 11 onwards and have been replaced with the status bar that appears at the top right of the form.
