One of our clients asked the following question:
What is the use of the Social Media account fields in the Website admin module?
See for a screenshot here:
I cannot find anything on the internet or this forum about the input of these fields and I do not see these fields used anywhere in Odoo.

They allow Social Media icons to be shown on the website - check at the bottom:

The links you specified are meant to "Share" content. When clicking on one of the buttons the entered social media accounts will not be used.
