It is true.

Customers, Partners and Users are free to propose ideas as they arise, which are then evaluated and implemented through proof of concepts which can be developed and implemented very quickly. 

This approach is highly agile, forgoing (on purpose) detailed planning. 

The consistent vision we have is "it is all about the user".

We want to make their work better, faster and easier. Usability is very important. 

We work incrementally, we don't have a 5 year plan, we don't think like that at Odoo. Our development process is very fast - we can deploy features in less than two months. So when people ask us for a roadmap, we don't have one, we plan only several months ahead.
