It seems that CRM can only be accessed with  - Administration/Settings role. Is it possible to grant access rights for Sales / User: All Documents?

The Models Menu (available in Developer Mode) tells you which groups are needed for each Document type in Odoo:



The Groups Menu (available in Developer Mode) tells you which groups inherit the permissions of other groups:





So, for access to CRM, users need to be a Member of:

Either:

  • Sales / Administrator (read, write, create, delete) 

OR:

  • Sales / All Documents (read, write, create)

OR:

  • Sales / Own Documents Only (read, write, create)

Thanks for your reply, but we have most of users as Sales/administrator and with Contact creation rights and we still have an error message saying
You are not allowed to access 'Action du serveur' (ir.actions.server) records.
This operation is allowed for the following groups: - Administration/Settings

How to fix it?
