Hi I am using ODOO 16 Enterprise Version
While using the POS Loyalty for a customer, we don't want it to calculate the VAT 15% but it's still calculating
We have removed the taxes from the Loyalty Product form, and We have removed the default taxes from POS Config, We do not have any default taxes set on CoA for loyalty.
Still, It is calculating, I don't have any idea where it is taking VAT from.
Check the COA master and make sure the default tax is not configured inside that account.

POS Configuration
Accounting Configuration
COA master
Fiscal Positions
If nothing is configured on these areas, then it might be because of the customizations.
