we experience random slowdowns on our Odoo V13 system. We usually have 10 employees connected and 25-30 users instantly on our e-commerce. I don't have enough Karma to share the link, but you can find us through google looking for "Biences" (.ch)

Currently, we have 6 workers and according to what I find on the various forums on this subject, that should be enough.

Do you have any tipps concerning our problem? any solutions? or potentially any links to tools enabling us to analyze our problem in detail?

We've tried to get Odoo support to help us, but they say we've done too much customization. The fact is that our site and back office system are very fast 50% of the time, so it can not be linked to our customization. Unless, indeed, we should add workers.
