Hello, 

How can I configure the Odoo in v11 to my partners only receive emails, and block all notifications ? 

I want to send emails to them, but I don't want them to receive all notifications of the record. 

For now I've all my partners with the option opt_out checked, I hope this prevents all mails and notifications to them. This is not a solution because this way I cannot send them an email. 

Do you know how can I do this ?
