SCENARIO:

In a Retail Supermarket (selling FMCG goods, Fruits, Vegetables), we need to do stock take process using HHT device every 3 months.

Multiple users should be able to count the stock available in different shelves.  All these data should be consolidated product-wise before stock can be adjusted.

QUESTION:

How should we configure Odoo if multiple users need to do Stock Take process in same location, same time?

Can we have multiple Stock Take documents with multiple product lines, which needs to be consolidated based on Product Code?

For e.g., 

HAMAM 100 gms, Selling Floor, 48 qty - counted by user 1

HAMAM 100 gms, Selling Floor, 50 qty - counted by user 2

Total qty counted for HAMAM 100 gms is 98 qty.  System qty total is 100 qty.

How to configure this in default Odoo 17.0?
