is there any skill management compatible version with Odoo 9.0?
i want to install this module https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/hr_skill/
on odoo 9.0, but can't find a new version
so can you please give me a link to an open source module for skill management for odoo 9.0?

This can be used to "upgrade" the API of your code to v9.
use this link to upgrade any of your custom modules to v9.
