(Odoo v14, Enterprise)

I would like to change the default Sales quotation format so that I can just list/describe the scope of work and perhaps items but 'not' the quantity and price of each individual item...and then just give a lump sum total price for the work.  This is best suited for sealed bidding where the buyer has already provided the specifications and the contract is to be awarded to the low bidder.  I have tried to figure this out through the 'customize' button for the quotation layout and have also tried editing through the Design Template using the Quotation Builder tools (Website module).  For example (simplified):

CONCRETE PAD QUOTATION

Construct a 42' x 50' concrete pad, 6" thick, using

Sand (X yards)

Cement (X yards)

Wire

Labor

                                     ----------

Total                                $5,000
