I want to set Profile for the portal user means want to display name,address,phone,email id ,etc in porifle;.which is the best method for this?

Settings ->user -> Create user,
Open User Profile Add full details & technical -> access rights -> give the access rights to that particular user, and put true in portal . And activate it. Th is is the only one way i know to create portal user, if anybody have more information share with us.
