Hi,

We are currently using Odoo 18.4+e (Enterprise Edition). The system generates the POS session closing report in a thermal print format, which works only when an Epson thermal printer is connected.

If any other printer, like we are currently using Bixolon , the Print button does not appear on the session closing screen.

Please guide how can we take this print through other printers.
